Legal Review: Arrest or Search

This course reviews the legal basis for making an arrest or conducting a search.

The material reviews the important legal principles and discusses how officers can enforce the law effectively and safely.

These principles can be applied during investigations conducted by officers who are in either uniform or plainclothes when investigating all crimes and criminal ordinance violations.
