With nearly 100 years of collective professional experience, the members of the organization are capable of drawing upon extensive training, education, and experience to produce meaningful and tangible results for their clients.Timothy Janowick, Managing Member and Found of Integritas Consulting and Research Group, LLC is an active law enforcement executive in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He is a member of a number of professional organizations and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) and the Education and Programs Committee for the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (ILACP). Mr. Janowick is a certified Force Science Analyst.Roy Bethge, Consultant currently serves as a sergeant with the Buffalo Grove Police Department where he has over a quarter century of training and experience. He is a member of the Education and Programs Committee for the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (ILACP). Mr. Bethge also serves as a primary instructor to the internationally renowned Below 100 program. Mr. Bethge is a certified Force Science Analyst.
