8 year Vet of the Honolulu Police Department, I am now looking to acquire a CAL POST Waiver in order to join the Carlsbad Police Department. According to POST I need 5 hours of Controlled Substances training to complete my administrative portion of the Waiver process. You have a 4 hour course that will knock out most of my requirements.
