Kelly McEniry

Kelly McEniry worked as a Special Agent for the US Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1991 to 2013. During that time she held multiple investigative and leadership positions, including Chief Division Counsel for the FBI’s San Diego Division and Critical Incident Response Group and instructor at the FBI National Academy. A licensed attorney, McEniry created the “Officer-Invoved Shooting” course for the FBI National Academy and “Don’t Call Me Killer,” a training video addressing the emotional issues of officer-involved shootings. She also co-authored an FBI monograph on school shootings and was a member of the FBI’s Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team.
