Kevin Jowitt

I have been Chief of Police for the City of Noblesville since May of 2009. Prior to that I served as Chief of Police in Westfield, Indiana and retired as a Division Commander from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Safety from the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs. I have attended the Southern Police Institute’s Chief Executive Leadership Course and the FBI’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar. I am a vice president of the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police and a member of the Police Executive Research Forum, the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
