Lara Thomas is the Academy Director of the Randolph, MA Police Academy. Lara has enjoyed a more than twenty-five year career in planning, administration and the development of partnerships. Prior to her appointment as Director, she served as Regional Administrator for the Southeastern Regional Services Group, a consortium of 20 municipalities, where she conducted joint procurements, planned and implemented joint training ventures, and assisted in managing millions of dollars in contracts annually.
