Twenty-six year law enforcement veteran, currently a Sergeant with the Green Bay Police Department, assigned to the power shift (7:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.). Part-time educator for the past 18-years, subject matter expert (SME), author of five books, and expert witness. Currently working on doctoral degree in criminal justice management with an emphasis on managing video recorded use of force.
