Richard Bise

I have been a California peace officer since 1990. I worked for San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for 13 years as a Deputy Sheriff with assignments in corrections, patrol, gang suppression, crime impact and as a Field Training Officer. I have worked in the private sector as a security consultant and as a civilian police advisor for DynCorp Intl and have worked with the Iraqi Highway Patrol and Afghanistan National Police. For the last 3 years I have been working for the Eureka Police Department with assignments in patrol and as a Field Training Officer. My current assignment is as a Detective with the Criminal Investigation Section.
