Steven Fraser

Prior to founding Law Enforcement Learning, Fraser served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the South Carolina Stingrays, a professional hockey team located in Charleston, South Carolina. Fraser has led and managed several successful businesses, including Charleston’s Balloonatics Entertainment, where he spearheaded market expansion efforts, developed financial projections, and headed daily operations. Fraser holds a BS from Indiana University, a JD from the Charleston School of Law, and an LL.M in Tax from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He lives with his wife and son in Charleston, SC.
