My name is Robert Friel I am 46 years old and currently hold the rank of Sergeant for the Philadelphia Police Dept. I have 24 years of service and 13 years at my current rank. For the majority of my Sergeant career, I have been assigned to an undercover narcotics unit and a federal task force assigned to the FBI. I have taken one previous Lieutenant promotional exam 2005 and have not taking one since.
