Welcome to LE Marriage: Don’t Just Survive…Thrive!
This two-part course will begin by walking you through the basics of marriage – why marriage is so important and what it takes to keep it afloat. Law Enforcement creates so many unique stress factors, and Instructor Kristi Neace will look at what affects both the officer and the spouse, everything from rotating shifts to politics within the department to loneliness and disappointment; lack of communication being the pinnacle.
The second half of the course will address the more serious enemies of an LE Marriage, things such as alcoholism, drug abuse, PTSD and sexual addictions.
We know LE life is hard and LE marriages can come under fire, but with the right foundation and the tools within this seminar, your marriage can not only survive but thrive!
