I am the founder and lead instructor at Cisco Strategic Studies LLC. Years ago, I noticed a serious flaw in law enforcement training. We spend hundreds of hours fighting, shooting, and writing in training but we lack training in the art of truly getting to know and understand the people around us. I have been in law enforcement since 1999 and since then have spent my time in patrol and undercover assignments. Being able to read and anticipate the actions of people around me has been one of my defining attributes. My goal at CSS is to bring those skills and lessons to other members of Law Enforcement. My program has been taught across the US and with great success. Lessons learned from my classes have greatly impacted the amount of positive outcomes of law enforcement operations
