Jessica Herbert

Ms. Herbert, Founder of IDEA Analytics, is an experienced criminal justice professional with over 15 years of experience as a law enforcement officer and training instructor for Fairfax County and an adjunct professor for the Criminology, Law and Society Department of George Mason University. In her experience as a law enforcement officer, she developed, established and implemented intelligence operations for multiple agency engagements addressing violent crimes and organized crime groups in Northern Virginia. Consequentially, she developed skills on crime analysis, financial analysis, undercover operations and organizational structures for multi-jurisdictional initiatives. In addition, she implemented training for investigators regarding investigative report writing, organized threat groups and financial investigations.
