Jamie Grey

Hello, my name is Jamie Grey and I have been in Law Enforcement for 16 years. I currently work for the Cape Coral Police Department and I am in the Training Unit. I started my career on patrol working the night shift. After several years on patrol I became a K-9 officer working on the same night shift. During my time as a K-9 officer I took on extra responsibility and became a part time firearms instructor for the department. During this time I also made it on our SWAT team as an operator. After several years as a firearms instructor I became the Range Master while continuing to work as a K-9 officer. In 2012 I retired my K-9 partner and I am currently assigned to the Professional Standards Bureau working as a Training Coordinator in the Training Unit. I am currently the Range Master for the department and I am in charge of all matters pertaining to firearms training. I am also currently the Team Leader of our 30 man SWAT team.
