Our principals, Cecil Pearson and Eric Radli, have over 50 years combined law enforcement experience and have practical experience in detention, patrol, detective operations, training, and administrative services. Pearson, a graduate of the FBI National Academy’s 137th session, retired as a Captain from the Washoe County, NV, Sheriff’s Office and commanded his office’s Hostage Negotiations Team for 17 years. Radli, who retired as a Commander from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, spent over 23 years as a Hostage Negotiations Team member and is a member of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association.
